A three-storey private residence reimagined behind a continuous walnut-toned WPC façade. The skin unifies disparate volumes into a single architectural gesture.
Design challenge
The client wanted the warmth of natural timber across an exposed south elevation — without the maintenance cycle and silver-grey weathering that real wood would bring within two summers.
MELIORA solution
MELIORA Walnut WPC Cladding installed on concealed aluminium sub-framing, with continuous horizontal reveals tuned to the floor plates. UV-stable pigments hold tone across the entire elevation.
